- 3. How long will it take to setup my account?

- Your new order will go through a simple credit authorization process and then be setup during an automated process starting at 9:00 PM EST.
Account setups received before 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be setup same day. Between 9 PM - Midnight EST you should receive your welcome information in an email.
You are able to start FTP'ing to your site once you have received this email. If you do not receive your welcome email within a couple hours of Midnight EST please send an email request to sales@tcpiphost.com. In your email be sure to include your full name, email address used, and the domain on the account for security reasons. - Updated: June 13, 2001
