    3. I am unable to send email via your SMTP servers? - Top

    I am able to receive email, but I can not send it.

    There is a possiblity that your dialup provider is blocking port 25. Providers like Mindspring block this to prevent outside users from relaying bulk email off their servers. You should contact your provider to see if port 25 is blocked. If so, you will need to change your SMTP server to one on their network. - Updated: June 13, 2001
