accounts through the Email administration? - Top
- Go to http://mail.yourdomain.com:8383/
and type “admin@(yourdomain).com” in the UserID box.
Put your password
in the password box. The default password is “admin”. You should change this
IMMEDIATELY.
Once you are logged into Imail as the Administrator, you
will see “User Adminstration” on the dropdown box on the top right-hand corner.
Once you select this, you will see a list of current users, and a button
to “Add”. Click the “Add” button, and fill in the blanks.
Leave the
mailbox size and max messages blank to allow unlimited box size. If you enter a
number in these, keep in mind that it’s in ‘bytes’, not MegaBytes.
Make
sure you check “Allow Web Access” so you can access them through your
webbrowser.
