- An alias is a nickname for a real email
account. You use aliases to create several email addresses that all point to the
same mailbox.
To create an alias, login as Administrator
(admin@yourdomain.com). Click "Alias Administration" on the lower right hand
side. Then click "Add". Make sure that in the Destination box you enter an email
address of a USER not another ALIAS. The address should be entered in
user@domain.com format.
